What's my point?

December 02, 2017
The thing that had the most monumental impetus in getting me out of my tracky bottoms and making changes was when I thought through why I wanted to do it. You need to trust your gut on what the point of it all is. A brilliant exercise that I did was to work out what I wanted to achieve at work.

I answered the question, 100 times over, "I need to go back to work at least for part of the working week so I can...".

And do you know what was even more helpful? Answering the question, 100 times over (and it very quickly escalated to 150 times over "If I don't go back to work at least for part of the working week I will not have....."
Try it, it's truly enlightening. See what you find out about yourself. Here's Simon Sinek on finding your why. It gets really punchy 39 minutes
